Hello, I am Vincent Bertieaux the founder of Vik Executive Search, always passionate about the world of recruitment, I attach great importance to the respect of candidates and the quality of our selections. It is for this reason that I do not accept more than one mission per recruiter because it is, in my opinion, the only way to make a quality recruitment. I am committed to ensuring that each of our clients receives a complete file of at least two Talents in 7 days.
My story
A graduate in Political Science from ULB and a Solvay commercial engineer, I have spent my entire career in the world of recruitment. I started my first part of my professional life with three international leaders in the world of recruitment as commercial and operations director for Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Randstad, Adecco and Manpower group) thereafter, I launched the first Belgian subsidiary of the Adequat group, of which I was a partial shareholder.
In 2018, I decided to create my own recruitment firm, "Vik Executive Search". During 2019, our firm specializes in the search for high profile engineers, sales and HR Executives.
In order to be able to satisfy all of our missions, I have decided to open my recruitment firm to Vikx recruiters, all freelancers with experience either as Talent Acquisition or HRBP by retroceding 70% of the selection fee to them. . Today, our teams have risen to the position of leader in the recruitment of executives and managers in the fields of engineering, commerce and human resources.
