What is the status of Vikx recruiters?

  • All VIKx recruiters must be complementary self-employed.

  • To be complementary self-employed, VIKx recruiters must already have a contract of at least 19 hours per week and must work at least 235 hours per quarter with their main employer to maintain this status.​

  • Recruiting VIKx must also join a social insurance fund and pay their social contributions themselves each quarter.​

  • As a self-employed person with complementary titles starting out (starters), VIKx recruiters will pay a provisional contribution equivalent to 20.5% of a net taxable income of 1,621.72 euros. This amounts to a provisional quarterly contribution of 86.39 euros, which they must pay until the end of the third full calendar year.
