Who are the Vikx recruiters?

• VIKx Recruiters are part-time freelance recruiters who recruit outside their working hours.

• VIKx recruiters can choose to work with their own clients or those made available on the Vik Executive Search platform.

• VIKx recruiters can choose to share their applications and candidates with the VIKx recruiter community.

​ ​

• Only investments greater than 7,000 euros excluding tax are authorized.

​ ​

• Each invoicing must be carried out by Vik Executive Search which automatically transfers 85% of the amount during payment by the customer (if the request comes from the platform this amount is 70%).

​ ​

• VIKx recruiters use the Vik Executive Search platform and its approval numbers in Wallonia and Brussels.

​ ​

• Offers must be validated by Vik Executive Search.

​ ​

• Every quarter, VIKx recruiters meet virtually or physically during an evening to train and exchange best practices.

​ ​

• Each VIKx recruiter must respect the Vik Executive Search collaboration agreement in order to ensure a quality label.
