What are the different processes?

• The recruiter Vikx informs his referent (Caroline or Vincent) that he is going to work on a mission.

​

• The recruiting Vikx begins to search for candidates and when it has found them, it sends their complete files  to their referent (Caroline or Vincent).

​

• The referrer sends the files to the Vik Executive Search client who checks that they are complete.

​

• The referent of the recruiting Vikx sends the complete files of the candidates to the client of Vik Executive Search.

​

• When the candidate is validated by the client, Vik Executive sends its invoice to the client.

​

• When the invoice is paid on Vik Executive Search's account, the referent informs the recruiting Vikx who must issue his invoice (70% of the fee) to Vik Executive Search.

​​

• Vikx Executive Search must pay the invoice of the recruiting Vikx in cash.
