

Payroll Officer:
We are looking for payroll officers. They will depend on the human resources department and will be responsible for the correct administration of the salaries of the employees of a company, independently or in collaboration with a secretariat social. They will also work closely with the finance department and act as a point of contact for all questions related to the administrative management of salaries.

HR Business Partner:
We are looking for HR Business Partners. They will have to participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, according to the objectives predefined by management, while taking into account human capital. In conjunction with the company's Human Resources Department, the HRBPs will intervene at different decision-making levels: recruitment, integration, career management, advice. They will assess the profitability of the teams, the economic interest of training them and of hiring new employees. They will set up and offer training according to a defined budget.

Talent Acquisition Officer:
We are looking for Talent Acquisitions Officer. They will be responsible for the search and selection of personnel. This will include managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job advertisements to hiring the best candidate, including signing the employment contract. They will use all the resources at their disposal to find potential candidates and attract the best talent: they will publish the offer on job search platforms and on social channels (social recruiting), prominently displayed on the company's website.

HR Director:
We are looking for HR Directors. They will be responsible for putting to music the strategy defined by a company in terms of personnel management and workforce development. They will share, with the employees of their department, the interviews, the management of the administrative files and the meetings with the collaborators and the social partners. They will intervene at all stages of the worker's life: recruitment, career management, training, performance evaluation, conflict management, social consultation, motivation and involvement, communication, job satisfaction and working conditions. They will take care to optimize the human resources of the company by various means and first of all by recruitment. Their first task will be to assess the skills and motivation of the candidate as well as the training he has followed, in order to perceive whether he fully corresponds to the position to be assigned.
